Product Details:
- Sizes: Bracelets and rings are mostly adjustable in size, while necklaces are available in 40, 45, and 50cm chains with additional 5cm extender.
- Material: Crafted from corrosion-resistant 316L stainless steel and coated in 18k gold or rose gold. This ensures that your piece will retain its color without fading.
- Unisex: Suitable for both Him and Her.
- Engraving: Utilizing cutting-edge laser technology, we engrave each piece with exceptional precision.
Return Policy

All purchases are final, and returns are not accepted. Exceptions are made only for misspelled engravings or mistakes on the seller's end.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct address and engraving details. If the wrong address is provided, a re-shipping fee will be charged for sending the order to the corrected address.
Custom rings that do not fit cannot be exchanged or returned.
Some exceptions include replacement for items that break within a year after purchase, and damaged items upon delivery. These cases can be resolved without the need to return the damaged item.
Customers must contact the seller within 30 days of receiving the order for refund or replacement requests. After 30 days, no refunds or replacements will be offered.
Only partial refunds may be granted for items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

All orders originate from CANADA
Custom products require 1-5 days for processing as they are crafted upon order placement.
Failed Delivery:
If a package cannot reach the specified shipping address due to customer-related issues (e.g., incorrect address, absence during delivery attempts) or if the customer declines to collect the package, the item will be returned to MK2 JEWELRY at the customer's expense.
Returns are not accepted for custom products. In such cases, the customer will be contacted to provide a correct address for reshipment, with the additional shipping cost being the customer's responsibility.
Items Not Received Despite Tracking Indicating Delivery:
Refunds or replacements are not offered for items tracked as delivered. It is recommended to choose a secure delivery address.
The shipping company marks an item as delivered only upon successfully delivering it to the provided address. If an order is marked as delivered but not received, customers are advised to check their mailbox or contact the local post office.
Shipment Confirmation:
Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information when their order is dispatched.
